On Your Feet - 1 Mile Training Program

About the Event
The On Your Feet program is designed for new runners, runners trying to get back into it, or anyone just trying to run one mile! The program is four weeks long and is workouts are made up of run/walk intervals, progressing in distance each week. The days are separated into in-person workouts at RRC (Thursdays at 6 PM), running at home, cross training, and rest days.
This program includes entry into Runnin' of the Green 1 Mile Race on March 16, 2019 at 9:35 AM.
