About the event

This training program is designed for people looking to run their fastest five mile race! It is six weeks long and the days will consist of easy runs, coached speed and hill workouts, paced long runs, and rest days. Each week, there are two coached workouts (Tuesday and Thursday at 6 PM) and a paced long run (Saturday at 7:30 AM) at Rochester Running Co.

This program includes entry into Runnin' of the Green 5 Mile Race on March 16, 2019 at 9:30 AM.
